As a shift worker, it’s HARD to stay healthy. Sleep disruption, long shifts, lack of time and routine, and tiredness all conspire to make it an uphill battle...and that’s without adding in all the other life stuff. Before we know it, the weight is creeping up, fast food is sneaking in, exercise just doesn’t happen, and we don’t feel great.

This package is all about giving you a nurturing space to turn this around, along with some nudges as to how to do that. In the format of week-day emails for one month that contain a daily prompt, ideas as to how you can achieve that, and an ex-frontline specialist paramedic to bounce ideas off, this challenge can be as much or as little as you need it to be.
